The Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, UK, is closed due to reconstruction until November 2009. The administration however has found an amazing way to make up for this - an open-air exhibitions of great portraits by photographer Theo Chalmers. The portraits show both famous individuals and average community members holding different objects from the collection of the museum. The result is impressing.
